Yeah hook in brother.. sometimes I get over just eating a heap of eggs on their own but if I mix it though a veg fried rice or similar it takes away the monotonous taste of just eggs.I'm gonna have to start eating eggs. Again, you make it look so good together. And I love the meat selection.
Just use broccoli if not bro.. I would normally use broccoli but broccolini must be in season here so it's cheap.. when it goes back to normal price I just switch back to broccoliI'm gonna have to check to see if my supermarket has broccolini, they usually just have broccoli.
Would love to see your meals if you ever give them a try brotherGreat job on this update. You're giving us all some great ideas to put together some meals.
Yes it's funny how you can still get your workout done with time constraints.. luckily we have good bathroom/showers so I quick shower and back to work.Very nice job on your lunch break getting in a workout.
Sometimes those are the best workouts, just a quick in and out.
Thanks bro.. yeah I love my Dao Vua knives - they are handmade in Vietnam using Russian leaf springs. They are a carbon type steel to do need to keep maintained so they don't rust but very easy to get a razor sharp edge on.Very nice, man. You are a pro in the kitchen. That is definitely a nice looking knife. I keep losing my knives. It's always hard to keep track of them.
Russian leaf springs? thats very specific lolThanks bro.. yeah I love my Dao Vua knives - they are handmade in Vietnam using Russian leaf springs. They are a carbon type steel to do need to keep maintained so they don't rust but very easy to get a razor sharp edge on.
I keep my knives in a proper knife roll that I normally take to jobs so I don't lose them

Will have some more training and physique posts this week as it's now Monday here.
This prep was Roast boneless chicken with a ginger, garlic broccolini egg fried rice.

Couple of nice scotch fillers from the local butcher for our dinner tonight with a basic salad. Only just got back from a weekend away so it was a nice easy one.
