Reverse curls- 67kg'ish- 3 x 12
Abductors - 3 x 12
Shoulder press - 60kg 3 x 10
Cable lateral raises - 12kg - 3 x 12
Reverse flys - 3 x 10
Front raises cables - 12kg 3 x 10
Going to start stepping up my cardio whilst on cruise. I've figured out i can make it back to the gym in my lunch break today do 30mins of cardio, have a shower and get back to work Mon-Wed. Will definitely Help drop fat % which is my goal at the moment.

@Wheelhouse87 that food looks incredible!Ok guys.. got back from my weekend away with the family.
Pizzas were a hit - little bit different to my pizza oven at home so weren't completely up to my standardgot a few bottles of my favourite wine to go in the cupboard for special occasions.
Also knocked up my Mon/Tuesday meals 1&2 prep.. used up the last 1kg of Roo mince in honour of @LevButlerovsorry mate but it will be the last Roo meat meal prep you see from me.
I hid the flavour the best I could with some cheap taco seasoning packets but I'll go back to my Beef or chicken mince with only Fresh herbs for majority of flavouring.
Made 4 servings - 52g protein each serving and 473 calories each serve.

@Wheelhouse87 Ultima is a good quality oil2nd pin down with Ultima Test E 250mg from @RhinoUGL and its smooth as silk.
I can't even tell the next day where I've pinnednot one bit of PIP so I'm very happy at the moment.
Using 27g×13mm in quads at the moment after hearing from alot of people that have changed from using the larger 23g × 32mm to the smaller insulin style needle - pinning has been made much easier
