I'm glad you're taking the precautions as we are riding a fine line here. I pretty much feel the same way. Take as little as possible for maximum retention of gains when the cycle ends. Imo most people go too high of dose and then lose all their gains when they come off. I use to be a pretty heavy drinker but I don't touch it now unless I have a little glass of whiskey with a certain mate I catch up with every few weeks.
No drugs besides micro dose of THC/CBD oil before bed.
Everything I read here from you guys commenting on others logs about added strains with alcohol etc when taking orals kind of changed my tune. I want to run PEDs but I don't want to sabotage my organs but adding extra stress either. Thanks again bro

cholesterol levels dont worry about it, you're an athlete not a fat guy so you good on that angle too

Thanks for your input bro.. I'll have a look at citrus bergamot.. is it a powder or pill or something similar?Numbers look spot on mate your body is handling things well. Try to get your HDL up by using citrus bergamot. Though it's not a huge deal considering your LDL is in range.
