We do all kinds of ones at home. Kids even have bacon and egg style ones for breakfast 😂

Just YouTube Banh Trang Pizza to make them. We just do them in a flat fry pan 👍👍

Yep it the journey of a newbie here 😂 wish I jumped on this gut repair form the start but better late than never!
Will run this daily on cruise and blasts now. It's really benefited my wife also so we will both stay on it 👍

Slowly getting progression on my leg workouts.
Up to 85kg on my seated leg curls, really enjoying leg days.
I started upping weight on my leg press but I started getting some pain in my very lower back near my tail bone (I have a history with disc issues there) but wondering if it's my form problem and that the load shouldn't be there?

The picture I've attached is actually of today's workout which did not entail legs, so no leg pump and i don't know why I took a leg shot but I was just in the zone 😂 I've never had big legs but I'm liking the progression.

I started Tesofensine about 2 weeks ago and starting to feel some appetite suppression and generally good well being.

Few food pics :
Chicken, egg & Cucumber salad
Eggs with homemade chilli oil
Satay lean beef mince with veg

Have had a couple of cruisey days as I tweaked my neck a bit having a Cartwheel competition with my daughters on Sunday arvo 😂.
Not as young as what I thought haha.

Did a leg session Monday to give it a rest and then got back on the Jiu Jitsu mats for the first time this year (not the best for my neck!) But I couldn't pass up an opportunity to train with a Travelling Coach from another gym.

There was a photo taken after the training session last night and it wasn't until I pulled up a photo from 1 year ago after a Jits session that I realised how much of a difference I've made with my body.

Nearly 30kg down from the side by sides (not the best comparison photo) but noticeable.

Hey guys,

Had a bit of a slower week in the gym. Was nursing a slight neck injury from Sunday after having a Cartwheel comp with my daughters 🤦🤦
Either way, got a couple of good leg sessions in and still got to put some work in but I just stayed conservative on the weight amount and also stayed away from Shrugs etc.

I've also found this week is the first week I've started to feel joint pain in knees & elbows. I feel next time i run this cycle i might incorporate a low dose of Deca for some joint lubrication?
Too late to start now I think as I am nearly at the end of this cycle.
May even look into TB500 and BPC to keep on hand next time just in case.
