Do you guys just do the BPC and TB subcutaneous? Or should you try get it around the sites that are giving you drama?
Also what kind of dosage to aim for?
Inject as close to site as possible.

I would try to get both bpc and tb closer to your injury, within reason. Pin it around painful sites. :D
 
Hey guys,

Had a bit of a slower week in the gym. Was nursing a slight neck injury from Sunday after having a Cartwheel comp with my daughters 🤦🤦
Either way, got a couple of good leg sessions in and still got to put some work in but I just stayed conservative on the weight amount and also stayed away from Shrugs etc.

I've also found this week is the first week I've started to feel joint pain in knees & elbows. I feel next time i run this cycle i might incorporate a low dose of Deca for some joint lubrication?
Too late to start now I think as I am nearly at the end of this cycle.
May even look into TB500 and BPC to keep on hand next time just in case.

It sounds like something just having in your arsenal as a "just in case". Definitely adding it to my next order.

Peptides work its a fact, bpc and tb really to recover guys :D

Mid week check in!
One training session short this week due to Australia day long weekend on Monday. Spent it on the beach with the family enjoying our beautiful country with some tunes.

Neck has been feeling better since resting up so it was into back day today. Just started incorporating some high rows with the pull up bar and can feel it really working my traps and upper back. Hooked into some Shrugs aswell since my neck was feeling good.

Worked calf's quickly and some seated leg curls also - skipped leg press as my lower back tail bone was feeling a bit "iffy" this morning.

Forgot to meal prep (Public holiday threw my routine out of whack) but stayed solid with protein numbers by eating Roast chicken over the last couple of days with some protein yoghurts on the run.. not really any carbs but I have felt good regardless.

Mid week check in!
One training session short this week due to Australia day long weekend on Monday. Spent it on the beach with the family enjoying our beautiful country with some tunes.
