I was wondering when I should start taking n2sleep
my workouts are around 8 p.m. and I usually get home at 9:00 p.m. and want to be in bed by 10
the problem is if I start taking it before my workout well I get tired on my drive home?
I definitely don’t want to do that or get tired during my workout so what strategy would you do
