Which to go with?


I wonna run a little cycle, have trained 3 years and now its time for some gains.

What would you choose?

Just a little for less side effects

@Uffe welcome to! nice to see you here, great to see that you trained for 3 years before trying steorids.

But which steroid we would suggest? no idea bro, I know NOTHING about you and no one knows anything about you. What you need to do is post a LOG journal with diet training and your situation for us.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

could use some info on you. age height weight training diet
we need far more info.. you dont just "run a cycle" without being ready for one.. you gave us zero info to work with...

age/height/weight/body fat?

lots of steroids to choose from. What should you use? Who knows we need to know more about you to give you a good answer. Start with a log and then go from there
many different articles and podcasts on here for free to take a look at. You should check those out and then make a decision on what you want to use. Then come back and log a journal for us

I recommend you get a Log Journal started. You don't have to post your full pictures. Just edit out your face so you stay Anonymous. That's the best way we can help you with your steroid Journey
there is a lot to learn about you. We don't know what supplements you're taking. We don't know what steroids you've used before. We don't know how your many hours are sleeping at night. Check out the other logs on here. They've transformed amazingly well by getting a log Journal going
first step is learning everything about you. We need to know your full stats and pictures. We also need to know about your history. Your diet is critical and also your training is very important
I've done at least three or four logs myself on here. It is a great way to push yourself especially if you plan on competing one day
you have given us literally nothing to work with. If you give us something to work with I'm more than happy to help you set up a cycle and also give you a source. ugfreak is who i love
