fasted workout today was push
started with some dynamic stretching and warming up the shoulder
did some monkey bars
then moved to flat bench
then did pushups
then did some hammer pushes
after worked on the triceps with some rope pulldowns and overheard rope extensions
finished with weighted decline situps as I almost always do (gotta work those AAAAAABBBBBBBZZZZZZ)
weight training volume is lower then other logs but it is what it is. i'm not looking to prove anything to anyone out there.
just lookin to look good and stay healthy.
after that i stretched entire body
left gym and cardio was about 45 minutes.
half eaten Lunch since the first pic didn't upload correct. ate this around noon. will eat in a 4 hour window today
