today i did some cardio in the morning fasted. i got 2.5 pounds of beef and cooked them up along with some potatoes. food prep will last 3 days on those.
took care of a lot of errands and most importantly got a very nice 2 hour nap midday.
i like to take a 2-3 hour nap sometimes on the weekends. it really goes a long way at repairing the body and i have that luxury to be able to do that unlike other people who overload their lives way too much.
i think as you get older naps make more and more sense. i used to NEVER take naps but the body really needs that extra sleep once you start getting close to and past 50 years old
