do you eat white rice often? i thought brown rice was better
very rarely do i eat white rice. brown rice is far healthier because it is denser in nutrients and won't cause an insulin spike since it has a lower glycemic load, hence why it takes longer to cook brown rice. this was just a situation where the rice was already cooked and it takes 70 minutes to cook brown rice and 15 minutes to cook a steak
 
bro yo lookin good, i like the red meat hope its grassfed
i never eat low quality foods. beef is always level 4 or higher and locally raised

low quality beef that is grain finished is junk food and does not compare to grassfed beef. ranchers like you know the difference.
 
fishing trip was a BUST! not much success but got some fish.

the fish were simply not biting today. just nibbling. some days are like that. conditions were good but drift was strong which made bottom fishing harder and couldn't go deeper. had to stick to 75-100ft water only.
Still looks like a decent day
 
Fish and rice yesterday. 24 hour fast. Then today the meal in the pic. Sirloin. Veggy. Rice.
That's what I'm eating for today fish and rice.

All I used to flavor was high quality bakimg flour, lime, paprika, salt and pepper. Along with unrefined cold processed coconut oil.

Air fryer at 390 until 175 temperature.

Air fryer at 390 until 175 temperature.
And also broccoli and fresh made guac.

in terms of fasting. i went from about 4pm yesterday till about 2-3pm today. about 23 hours

had a vicious workout tail end of fasting today. 1 hour of hell.

next week I plan on starting my summer cycle. leaning towards anavar, EQ and some test. very low cycle. 50mgs of var, 200-300mgs of EQ and 100mgs of test per week.

also i am likely gonna get a new gym membership at a new place as well. just want to change things up and seek a new environment. don't want a gym full of assholes and egotistical jerks. just a gym with cool people who will stay out of my way and let me do my shit that is managed well and clean.

@stevesmi I've started fasting more even with show prep right now. For your new cycle, 300mgs of EQ and 150mgs of testosterone is a good mix 2:1 with some anavar and n2guard. I would split the anavar dose though, how are you with winstrol?

hate winstrol for what i am aiming for lol

don't like how it makes my joints dry especially since i like to do a lot of body weight exercises
