Love it broin terms of fasting. i went from about 4pm yesterday till about 2-3pm today. about 23 hours
had a vicious workout tail end of fasting today. 1 hour of hell.
next week I plan on starting my summer cycle. leaning towards anavar, EQ and some test. very low cycle. 50mgs of var, 200-300mgs of EQ and 100mgs of test per week.
also i am likely gonna get a new gym membership at a new place as well. just want to change things up and seek a new environment. don't want a gym full of assholes and egotistical jerks. just a gym with cool people who will stay out of my way and let me do my shit that is managed well and clean.
Body Weight exercise is some of my favorite things, I like doing a set and in-between pumping out alot of Bodyweight reps before my next set, it gives an incredible pump.hate winstrol for what i am aiming for lol
don't like how it makes my joints dry especially since i like to do a lot of body weight exercises

i had some melon then i had the wings after.23 hours is a great fast. What did you break the fast with? I hear you on the gym too. A poor environment can really affect your mood and training.

on a long fast past 2-3 days i would just stick to melon that first day or two before adding in somethign like chicken but 23 hours is nothing for me

its gonna be var, EQ and test.
i'm excited about the new gym too. its gonna be a new group of people (mostly younger crowd vs. older) and that will be nice motivation i think.
