why I went blast and cruise for the past 10 years.. thoughts?

Blast and cruise is no different than doing trt then blasting steroids along the way. Just depends on what kind of dosing you do on how much damage is done
This here

Wanted to get a discussion going on why I decided to blast and cruise because a lot of people ask me this question and I wanted to openly talk about it. I’m in my late 30’s.
I’ve been passionate about strength training and fitness my whole life. I decided to go to blast and cruise route in my late twenties
1. I’m snipped and married, my wife has a kid already and neither wanted more kids
2. pct never worked for me when I was younger, always felt like ass
3. travelling with gear domestically is easy, I just check in the bag and hide the gear in socks or I will ship the gear to where I am staying
my only advice is be open and honest about it to your spouse and have them on board. Thoughts?
I’m just a lurker here. I’m 45 and I’ve been just cruising for about five years. Im thinking you just probably don’t need to maintain high doses for ten years, and that’s what I think of when I think b&c. Cruise doses are typically higher that true trt doses. So like, what are you planning? 250/week with a couple 500+ blasts a year? Or you could just start low, train and eat until you plateau, raise dose/training/food until plateau again, raise everything again, continue. At some point you’re bound to experience injury, or work or family issues that get in the way of your program. That’s bound to happen within the next ten years. When it does, you’ll need to dial back to a safe dose as you may not have the time or finances to get regular bloodwork. And that’s fine because when life settles back down and you can ramp back up it will ramp up very quickly. This is the approach that I have evolved for myself, tweaking things one by one as I go. You’ll be about my age towards the middle of your plan. It’s pretty gratifying to be thriving at this age, and a little sad to watch many many men fail to maintain their strength and virility. I get a lot of jealous attitudes from people who don’t put on the work, and a lot of dudes asking me what they can take and going blank face when I start talking diet and sleep and stuff. Btw, you’ll really want to come up with some ideas to keep your face from aging. I was very young looking before I started androgens. Now I’m soooo lean all the time and have high blood levels all the time, I do look older. Beard helps
