You need to do some reading around here, not having a go at you. In a nutshell, in order to be a vendor and advertise their product range, every vendor needs X amount of active loggers.

Customers and and of themselves doesn't mean a lab is a good. Heck scammers sell moody product all day long.
If, however, a member you know as someone of good standing buys (or is given) product and uses it and gets good results it makes you trust that brand. Heck, the odd one will even have product tested at their own expense to see just how legit product is. I've also seen labs pay for a loggers blood tests (usually as a store credit) as another way of legitimacy.
Ongoing loggers also mean quality has stayed high (so less of a chance of exit scam)
Finally the Oz was regularly having issues. It's improved LOADS lately. As can be seen it needs to be kept that way. By the very nature of the how and why Oz products are produced and sold (compared to the US and UK side) means there are more potential problems.
