i will be doing only winni 20 mg ed for 6 weeks, i was wondering if you need to take a pct for a winni only cycle, if you do this would be my pct 50mg clomid for 4 weeks and 20mg nolva for 4 weeks, what do ypu guys think,thank you.

Winstrol is a steroid and will suppress natural testosterone production just like injectable steroids do. Don't make the mistake of thinking that just because winstrol doesn't require injections that it is less harmful then injectable steroids. It is actually harder on your body because oral steroids like winstrol are liver toxic.
Your PCT looks good but you need to add in a good natural testosterone booster and liver aid supplement to it.
This is what I recommend for a mini PCT after your winstrol cycle.
4 weeks of the following:
clomid at 25mg/day
nolvadex at 20mg/day
A good natural liver aid supplement like N2guard - 1 serving/day
A good natural testosterone booster like HCGenerate ES - 1 serving/day

20 mgs per day won't do much for you. A good standard dosage is 40-60 mgs per day. However, since it will shut you down anyway, why not get more solid results by stacking winstrol with a testosterone base?
Regarding the PCT, the mini-PCT protocol as suggested by @muskate will be just fine for a winstrol solo cycle.
As a personal suggestion, I would recommend you to use the oral winstrol, or drink the injectable one, since it will be liver toxic in any case. Besides, winstrol injections are usually painful, and since you will not avoid liver toxicity with those injections, what is the point in injecting it - right?
Your proposed cycle makes no sense at all. Why don't you tell us a little about yourself as far as stats, experience, and goals and we would be happy to set you up with a proper cycle.
