Today i did chest.
(5x12 means 5 series with 12 reps)
5x12 Bench press (80% weight)
5x12 Inclines press with dumbels (90% max weight)
5x15 Cable Chest Flys (70% max weight)
5x12 bench press for lower chest (80% max weight)
5x15 normal flys (arnold style)
30 mins max incline treadmill , 30 mins bike (20 min was high intensity)
60 gr whey after training.
Then like 600 gr meat.
