Winstrol and Cardio..... WTF!!!

I'm 10 days into my cycle with Winstrol at 60mgs a day. Wasn't feeling a damn thing then bam! Muscle pumps were ridiculous. I tried doing the stair master and I almost couldn't make it through. My legs just had a crazy burn the entire time. Lol and based on reviews it has only just begun.

So I'm just curious, what is your preferred cardio method when on Winstrol? I do all variations it looks like the stair master will be out of the question soon. I was thinking of switching to the bike to take some pressure off the calves.

Or do most of you homosexuals just do crossfit for your massive gains lol
 
Umm... I will let you know in about a week or so. Of course my suggestion is always the bike. If you dont want to be a complete homo then I would also stay away from the stationary bike as you can mess up your knees due to the height adjustment of the seat.

winny is a bad idea for cardio.

ben Johnson got busted for winny, but that doesn't mean winny is what made him a fast runner. lets say he smoked a joint before his test and got busted for that would that mean that smoking pot makes you fast?
 
I wrote up a small thread about AAS and endurance and my findings (as I am sure will be the same with Winstrol) no steroid is good for endurance or helps improve cardio.

There were a few small exceptions where strength was improved which can help with power output but dosent translates in to helping with overall endurance.

As far as pumps go I think some guys are more prone to it than others. Even when dosing Var high I got mild pumps that were not anything bad at all and hardly ever happened.
 
Preferred cardio method I will say light jogging and not on a treadmill freaking go outside or on a track. Bicycles are great very low impact; remember to adjust the seat to accommodate for proper leg extension so you are not damaging your knees. Also the best cardio workout and over all body workout is swimming. Hit the Olympic sized pool and do some laps or go for an open water swim. If you feel that pumps are too much adjust your potassium intake and try some fish oil. Don't stay away from cardio but rather just dial back the intensity. I have powered out a 100 mile road ride and the evening after go for a light 10-12 mile spin just cruising and spinning lightly - even a brisk walk is better than opting out of cardio - just my opinion.
 
Yeah snack you nailed it - Think you are the bomb - swim 4 laps in an Olympic Sized pool and be humbled.
 
I stay away from winny as the pump tightens muscles, not good for sports that require range and flexibility. I prefer EQ for this reason.
 
This is why I avoid DHT-based drugs unless its for a contest prep. Lower back pumps + calf pumps go hand in hand with DHT drugs, and with the additional pressure you put on your joints, its not too advisable to do much than low speed medium incline walking for your cardio.
