Today at the gym I crashed out. I'm still fasting 24hrs aka OMAD as hard as it is I keep at it.
I couldn't make it through my full push day, normally I do 6 excerise on this day and did 3..
My strength is way down which I expect do to the fasting however I shouldn't feel so weak, gutted or to point being dizzy.
I use home made electrolytes 2 x per day
16oz water bottle,
Sodium 2 dashes
Potassium 50mg x 2
Magnesium 150mg
Lemon Concentrate 2 tbps
So if anyone has an idea or suggestions would be great

1.) As most are aware I was found to have a small leg aneurysm and told to stop working out, fast forward 2 weeks after this I had another appointment and was told I can go back to working out training half what normally would, Dr actually pointed out light circuit training, more reps.
She understands peptides and sarms fully and says just be careful
2.) Currently am using the Test e from @pur-pharma-canada (on)
*Test enanthate trt dose (.50mg 2 x weekly)
**Hgh - 1mg daily at bed (growth guys)
**(Retatrutide- 1.5mg 2 x per week (growth guys)
***(Healing blend (from Growth guys) finished .
3.) Dec 27th i go for blood work which will be almost 2 months after me starting the test.
My initial blood work found my test levels at 202 (which i posted on this fourm) so we should be able to see a difference on my new bloodwork next week.
4.)I have dropped the fasting OMAD style as it didn't seem to be working well for me.
5.) I've started just eating at a calorie deficit smaller meals 4 x per day, this is working and I'm sure the reta has helped.
6.) speaking more about the reta it did give me hypersensitivity on the sides of my legs for about 2 days after initial dose this went away.
* I also got an overwhelming sense of smell back which is nice.
No headaches, or feeling sick/light headed.

1) even with an aneurysm if small you need to be active so light training is good, start sharing it please

6) retatrutide or any semaglutide is going to make you sensitive and since you have an aneurysm why would you use it? best you get off that stuff and easy normal, you dont want GLP-1s when you trying to get your body in homeostasis imo

The fasting OMAD crashed me 1 x my fault the other 2 x I was following the electrolytes properly but absolutely no strength for anything, muscle all cramped up and weight stopped falling.
I stop and went back to balance calorie intake for a few days until my body seemed ok then went to just a smaller deficit in calories.
This has changed allot of things, also back to losing some pounds.

Retatrutide- actually makes me feel very good, smells, alertness etc and weight falling. Ive only got enough for 4 more weeks and I would be done anyways.
