Well my day started well had my electrolyte drink, went out for work out and some cardio then everything crashed..
My bp spiked to 189/89, got super faint, confused etc.
Had to sit down in Treadmill in spot even Treadmill didn't stop until someone stopped it for me. (Thanks stranger from Gym)
I'll have to re just as I'm on day 7 of 24hr fasting OMAD...
I think perhaps maybe better to go back to 5 small meals per day with a calorie deficit?
I got all my bloodwork done and have the result yesturday and all are good but my creatine level is 64 (consoder low and flagged)
