Workout for Fat Loss, Advice needed

So I am trying to lose weight/fat and have made whatever changes I can to do this such as eating one meal a deal, getting rid of soda, and drinking lots of water which has been working well for me. I would like add workouts as well and read that the best way to workout for fat loss is on a empty stomach. The problem is the only time I get to workout is at night.

I would like to know how long I should wait after my meal to workout in order to boost my fat loss.
 
you don't have 10 minutes in the morning by chance?

that is really all you need to do man. fasted cardio high intensity for 10 minutes would be your best bet.

but if you can't then do it in the later afternoon. night time working out is not the best strategy. we are not noctural animals, we should sleep at night and train at some point during the day for best results.

give me your exact schedule and let's take a look
 
one meal a day? how many calories is that one meal? starving yourself will only stall your metabolism and hinder your fat loss...

I mean I can wake up 30 minutes before everyone else and do my cardio. For example, If I start work at 10:00am then I would have to get up at 6:30am just to do a 30 minute cardio. I could fit 10 minutes in during the day. I have an exercise bike that I do cardio on with level 5 resistance.

Yes I am aware of that. I eat 1200 calories minimum.

Way too low. You are going to go backwards
 
you don't even need 30 minutes of high intensity cardio

hill running for 10 minutes. a 1 mile run is good enough

people are under the incorrect assumption that you need to do a ton of cardio everyday which is far from true. if you give me 10 minutes of high intensity fasted cardio that is good enough. on days you have more time you can do long slow distance on a grass field

as far as calories or meals in a day. way less important then what you are actually eating. how about this strategy for you. 2-3 healthy meals a day in a 6 hour window day 1. then day 2 fasting, then day 3 back to 2-3 healthy means then day 4 fasting and so on. it is called alternate day fasting and if you follow that + 10 minutes of daily fasted cardio you will lose fat so fast you won't know what hit you and you will keep it off. plus it is healthy and won't fuck up your metabolism either.

if you want to do the 1 meal a day, then make sure it is a healthy 1 meal. and you use a 2 hour window to eat. that would give you 22 hours of fasting in between. but my above strategy is more effective because you are fasting for far longer and going into ketosis

Good to see you posting. The problem here is everyone is going back and forth with you without really knowing you.

You need to post your LOG journal diary asap with your diet, training, cardio, supplements and more, this way we can properly guide you here.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
