Workout for Fat Loss, Advice needed

Hi guys. Here is what my general diet looks like. I don't do any training or am on any cycle.

Morning - Small Ice Cappuccino with extra cream

Afternoon (Usually around 5pm to 6pm) - 2 pieces of quarter leg chicken with 3 pieces of bread (200 to 300 calories each) or 1 to 2 plates of rice with chicken/beef
- 1 fruit

My Afternoon meal is a variation of these so it doesn't change much except with changes to spices or sauces. I also drink 2 to 3 liters of water per day.

bro i no diet expert but that 2 meals, not 1. cappucino sound like yankkee coffee to me. but extra cream add that a meal lol. real men in texas drink our coffee black no sugar/cream

So I am trying to lose weight/fat and have made whatever changes I can to do this such as eating one meal a deal, getting rid of soda, and drinking lots of water which has been working well for me. I would like add workouts as well and read that the best way to workout for fat loss is on a empty stomach. The problem is the only time I get to workout is at night.

I would like to know how long I should wait after my meal to workout in order to boost my fat loss.

THis is done through diet mostly you have to train but diet will be key

also how old are you?

The only time I can do cardio is at night. I don't want to do cardio at night if it will not benefit my fat loss hence my question. My diet generally revolves around meat (Chicken/beef) with carbs (Either bread or rice). I dont like veggies but I will have a fruit. This is a great forum with a helpful community. I think I would still be suffering if it wasn't for the help in this forum. I have done a modified PCT before. I am 30 years old.

Again, you are being vague and avoiding the conversation question. These are rough discussion and not clear what you are doing.

Again I'll repost this, post your FULL LOG journal if you want our guidance and I hope you're not a spammer because we are watching your posts.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
