Hi guys. Here is what my general diet looks like. I don't do any training or am on any cycle.
Morning - Small Ice Cappuccino with extra cream
Afternoon (Usually around 5pm to 6pm) - 2 pieces of quarter leg chicken with 3 pieces of bread (200 to 300 calories each) or 1 to 2 plates of rice with chicken/beef
- 1 fruit
My Afternoon meal is a variation of these so it doesn't change much except with changes to spices or sauces. I also drink 2 to 3 liters of water per day.
