Wanted to post a template for anyone needing to start a LOG.


Your Information:
  • Age:
  • Height:
  • Weight:
  • Body Fat % (estimated):
  • Training Experience (in years):
Training:
  • Briefly describe your current workout routine, including frequency/reps, types of exercises, and weight for each exercise.
Diet:
  • Daily Caloric Intake:
  • Macronutrient Split: Protein/Carbohydrates/Fats (%)-If not known, list goal daily protein intake for now.
    Meal Plan: try to list 2-3 different meal options for each
    • Breakfast:
    • Snack:
    • Lunch:
    • Snack:
    • Dinner:
Supplements:
  • List any supplements, dosage, and frequency.
Blood Work:
  • Recent Blood Work: Yes/No
    • If yes, please provide relevant levels (e.g., testosterone, liver enzymes,CBC,E2,CMP,Etc.)
    • Do you plan to do Pre, Mid and Post blood test during your cycle
Cycle Plan:
  • Cycle Goals:
  • Compounds Planned for Use:
  • Dosage and Frequency:

@DiabolicalGainz this is great, will add this to my LOG info that I send to new members.
This will really help long term for them to be accountable and provide the best info for the EVO family so we can help them.

I also recommend new loggers check out the other logs first and get ideas

bottom line is we want people to be logging it's very important

people should definitely be putting up logs
we've seen the results from them
 
That was a great post man! Great template and guide for those starting logs. Logs can be such a powerful tool, not only to hold the logger accountable, but for the community to use as a research tool. Thanks for sharing!
