Workout off days

Let me first start out by thanking everyone on this board, this place is filled with info and ive learned so much from the supplement articles and my workout routine.
Heres my question....I've been working out now for about 6 months and i wanna start taking a few supplements. I've already done research on here and think i have my shake planned out. The only question i have is, what to do on rest days? I only workout mon, wed, and friday. Do i only take a morning shake on rest days? Morning shake will consist of just whey protein and my pwo will consist of whey and creatine. That's it for now. I'm doing some research on multivitamins as well.
Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Creatine you should take every day. You really should try to avoid protein powder supplements as much as you can and try to eat real whole foods instead.
 
Well, it helps a little bit, but those who think protein is going to boost my body like a body builder, it's just an escape from them since without supplements its way too hard to achieve a good body
