What does it say about the average consumer in that companies make sweets (cos that's what a gummy is) for adults in order for us to consume vitamins etc. How hard is it to consume creatine etc? Add a 5g scoop of the powder to water drink right away or neck the pills with your morning coffee. You don't need the additional glucose (what many gummies are made of).
