Well as suggested here we go.
Week 1-6 Test cyp 50mgs pinned twice a week
Week 1-6 Test prop 25 mgs / day pinned slin pin
Week 1-6 20mg var with breakfast 20 mg var with last snack of day
Week 1-6 .5 mgs adex twice a week when cyp is pinned
Hcg 500 mcg twice a week with cyp
Bpc 157 250 mcg once per day
Supplements :
Liver and organ support (see attached)
LiverHD (see attached)
200 mgs magnesium morning and night
Zma before bed
B vitamin once a day
Ashwaghanda before bed
5 Mushroom blend once a day
5 mgs cialis / day if I remember

FYI bloodwork was done 1 month ago and how I ended up with pharma Test cyp for TRT. Test levels are naturally low due to prolonged use in my 20s I imagine. After Christmas I will give an honest shot and rehabbing my levels as wife is wanting 1 more kid. Hcg, clomid, nolva will all be used.

Gym 5 days a week:
Abs almost every day, 45 min walking every day.
Back and some curls
Shoulders and chest
Legs
Hiit and cardio
Sundays 5x5 squat bench deadlift. Following Sunday squat deadlift OHP

Diet :
Meal 1 - 7 am. Cinnamon raising bagel with 2 eggs, tomato, 2 pieces turkey bacon, 1 banana. Hot sauce only. Exactly 500 cal

Pre workout containing 300 mgs caffein, 24 mgs ephedrine. (Only time I consume either)
Gym 8 am - 10 ish.

Meal 2 - 10am quest bar, cliff bar. 450 cal

Meal 3 - 2pm Ish - chicken broccoli, or salmon broccoli, or a lean meat with broccoli 350 cal

Meal 4 - 5pm - chicken broccoli rice or a different lean meat 500 cal

Meal 5 - 8 or 9pm - usually a large fruit bowl with cashews and almonds and some greek yogurt. Hardest Meal to control for me as I usually eat a thc edible and it's very hard to control my cravings. If it's a problem I'll give them up.

Sleep 10pm - 5am track sleep with watch. Sleep is usually pretty restorative.

Total calories usually around 2450

Current lifts : deadlift I can pull 405
Squat I can hit 315x5
Bench is meh. I can incline the 100s but flat bench is like 225 - 250 x5 have had massive left shoulder impingement that I'm finally addressing with physio and bpc.

6'0 190 - 10% bf give or take 1%

Thinks that's about it.

Is this a TRT dose that you have already been on? If not then it will barely even reach full blood saturation before you cycle ends.
Other than that you a nice, short cut cycle. Make sure you log it!
 
It's a dose I was just prescribed 2 weeks ago. (Doc wanted 200 mgs once every 2 weeks but I know better than that) I'll carry it on after the cycle for some time and then see if wife gets pregnant or not. If not I'll try a thorough round of hcg clomid and nolva to get fertile, and if it doesn't happen then so be it. 2 kids might be all that's on the menu for me. I added the test prop to get the baseline of my test up quickly.

I'll update here with weight, bf % and some pictures along the way, and how I'm feeling. Started cycle this morning.

I do this sometimes too at the beginning of a cycle with long esters.

a few things, please blur out personal info and post up your pre-trt blood work, we awnt to see your base

your diet, you're lacking omega 3 fats think fish oil think walnuts and so on and your protein intake is low, you need to boost it a lot

and what is your diet today and what is it tomorrow like?

on training, im not seeing much training detail and training is crucial for results, i'd like to see exercises weights sets and reps that you do to get the gains and the cardio
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

share some meal pictures as you eat them and a few training pictures too as you go

on the cycle, 6 weeks, why? you can go at least 8 weeks on this cycle if you ask me thats reasonable

and you can easily get the wife pregnant with hcg nolvadex clomid and add some HCGenerate testosterone booster for a natty test boost too, so dont worry about that

See attached. This blood work is 2 months off testosterone (I was taking it prior to deciding to see what I can do on my own.

I actually do take an omega 3 supplement called flameout (forgot to include it)
I could add a scoop of whey twice a day to add an extra 60g of protein.

on training, im not seeing much training detail and training is crucial for results, i'd like to see exercises weights sets and reps that you do to get the gains and the cardio

What I wrote out is my typical daily meals just substitute protein carb and veggie types. Macros do remain close (I track on my Samsung app)
Added a picture of meal I just made. 1 cup broccoli 1 cup spinach, 2 cups spaghetti squash as a bed with 4 chicken thighs chopped up and 1 cup shrimp, 1 cup mushrooms, 1 diced medium tomato.

on the cycle, 6 weeks, why? you can go at least 8 weeks on this cycle if you ask me thats reasonable
I suppose I could pin prop right until the morning of Dec 29th, then flying to barbados for 1 week. Shouldn't make much of a difference for trt.

I still use hcgenerate and bridge :) I'll make sure I have some.

heard barbados was expensive, is it an expensive trip?
 
don't worry about your bench too much A lot of people give themselves injuries trying to go too heavy
