my old gym had sled pulls and I never saw anybody use them a complete waste of money so it's nice to see someone actually utilize it because it is a great tool to build strength and conditioning
 
nice bench press workout I like how you aren't going so heavy
 
you did amazingly well and you don't have to go super heavy to get in a good workout
 
nice cardio job my friend good to see that you got gassed out
 
interesting style of training not something a pro bodybuilder would do but a good workout none the less
