200mg of Tren would do alot added to your cycle. Your in good shape and lean so I dont see why it wouldnt be a bad idea. Your goal is to gain size and strength correct? If so sure go ahead and take it, but make sure you have liver protection. Make sure you have TUDCA, NAC, and for kidneys take concentrated cranberry extract.

2 Questions here.
1 - I have a full vial of Tren E 200 mgs/ml. Would 200mgs / week be a nice addition or just leave it alone ?

2 - is need2guard still around ? I've been using 5% liver and organ support as I can buy it local here but seems there is a shortage
1) I would take it 100mgs/week light dose, but only 8 weeks.
2) I suggest taking n2guard the whole cycle if you want actual organ liver health. Anything that Rich Piana touched like 5% nutrition stay away, come on the dude died from liver failure so I wouldnt take his "support" no offense RIP to him.
 
n2guard is sold either at ebay or n2bm
highly recommend it.. it has it all in it

Good point about Piana, that being said just because he sells a product doesn't mean he actually uses it.
Being in Canada it's a bit more difficult to get need2guard but I used to use it all the time In my 20s. I'll try to order some up here while I'm finishing my other cycle support bottle. I do always take the necessary liver, kidney, prostate, and heart supplements. Longevity is very important to me these days.

rich piana products are all garbage
just look at what is in them
 
maybe consider getting the n2guard before you run tren
tren really is brutal
