100 lb db per hand x 8 reps x 4 sets

Little tired today but put in a decent effort.

Low carb day. Wasn't able to workout today.. life.

This might be the leanest I've been yet. Seeing progress makes me want to push harder.

Day 7 or 8 of doing the ice baths as well. Really enjoying the hell out of these.
