Napsgear is my go to!!
which brand did you use? napsgear isn't the one who ships the items, its the brand you ordered.
if you ordered international 14 days isn't long enough to wait. in some cases you need 4-5 weeks
No doubt….the order hasn’t even shipped for 14days… so if they do eventually ship add 4-5 weeks for delivery I am cool….
But 14 days seating on my money and nothing shipped kind of blows IMO…. I am not sure I will ever get that so til them I will post with my experience…. If one day I get it I will certainly comeback and give updates…. But for now I do feel out of luck to ever see gear or money ($570)

also you aren't the first person to say something like this lately. i will tell you what i tell other people. the tracking doesn't start in a lot of cases until the pack clears customs. and customs right now is slow. its summer vacation, they probably have short staff.
