I'd say today was productive. Didn't take proper pix with pump but got 2 later.
Could've been a bit better on incline press but wasn't terrible.

6/20 upper load / lower pump
Ok I'm back for good now on the log. I needed a few days of downtime to get my head right.
Today was a banger of a day and really starting to tighten up a bit and vascularity is starting to really come on. Pal at the gym walked by and commented on the veins in my tricep today and when I looked It was as bad, if not worse, as my quads that you'll see below. Strength is still booming at just under 7 weeks out. Anyways, on to the good stuff.

Rack pull BELOW THE KNEE(not the heaviest weight I ever touched but these were dead stop reps)

Get some sun on that back and it'll help with the skin
I've always had a rough time with back acne. It's clearing a bit tho probably mostly cause of the summer chores just like you said. I always flare up when hormones flare up or drop

Oh and just full disclosure, it's not really a true pendulum squat, its the dynabody pro squat machine and when I use the slanted part I just track it in log book as "pendulum" and "squat machine" if I use the flat part of platform. Can't really see the slant here but you catch my drift
