Welcome Evolutionary.org UG Supplements #20- How n2guard helps your heart health, Steve and Mobster discuss the heart health epidemic, what to look for in bloodwork, why you should use N2guard, and how to use N2guard.
Heart health epidemic
Heart disease is the #1 killer in the USA in both men and women. It is especially the top killer among those 45+ years of age. Coronary heart disease kills half a million people in the USA per year. In additiona, a million people in the USA get heart attacks per year which is an insane number. It is likely you know many friends or family who have dealt with this issue, and many of us know people who have had multiple heart attacks.
It isn't just a USA problem anymore, all over the world it is the #1 killer and accounts for almost 30% of all deaths which is 20M per year!
Steve and Mobster discuss why this happens and explain how important cardio is to help strengthen the heart. They also talk about how many bodybuilders and steroid users they have known over the years to suffer from heart problems.

What to look for in bloodwork
Steve goes over several different blood markers to be wary of and explains what each means in depth. N2guard will help get all these numbers under control and help you manage them.
Red blood cell count (RBC) – 4.5-6 million cells/mcl are normal ranges for men. Red blood cell count (RBC) will rise on anabolic steroids depending on what you are using. Although this is beneficial to give us greater endurance and more power with performance, the downside is this will thicken up your blood and cause a lot of heart strain. Steve explains that imagine trying to draw oil through a tiny needle vs. a thicker needle, that is how your blood moves around the body and it becomes harder when that blood thickens up.
Cholesterol
Cholesterol - Total cholesterol levels under 200 mg/dl are considered normal. HDL and LDL stand for high and low-density lipoprotein. LDL is the bad cholesterol and HDL is the good cholesterol. When it comes to LDL normal levels are 100mg/dl or lower and with HDL you want the number 40mg/dl or higher. When you use steroids these numbers get out of wack and it can lead to heart attacks, stroke, plaque buildup, and cascading negative effects in the body.
Hematocrit: This measures the percentage of red blood cells in a person's blood. In many situations, if your RBCs are high then your hematocrit will follow. Ironically, many people suffer from low hematocrit which is linked to anemia, malnutrition, or leukemia. But when it comes to steroid users our blood thickens up to the point where it will come in high which isn't good. You want your numbers to be in the 40-50% range. Anything above 54% starts to get dangerous.
Hemoglobin: This is an iron-based protein that gives our blood that color and carries oxygen throughout the body. Men and women should have the numbers in the mid-teens g/dl. Too low is bad but with steroid users too high becomes an issue. If left untreated it can lead to blood clots which is a very common killer among bodybuilders.
Blood pressure: This is the force of blood pushing against your artery walls. Normal levels can vary by age, gender, race, etc. Generally, anything over 135/80 will start to become dangerous. Mobster has seen the number of individuals who use steroids have extremely high bp numbers, and this will contribute to strokes and heart-related problems.
Resting heart rate: This is a simple number that can be taken with a watch and your heart beats per minute while resting. The lower the number the better cardiovascular health you are in. Long distance runners for example can display RHR at under 40 beats per minute! On the flip side, a typical obese American run sees numbers north of 100 which isn't good. Generally, a normal number should be 60-100 for most adults, but athletes should display a number closer to 60 or lower. On steroids, this number will go higher as the heart is doing more work than it should.
Why N2guard helps with heart health
N2guard contains a total of 44 ingredients. Many of those in some capacity will benefit the heart. The guys go over the top supplements that have been shown to help with heart health that are in N2guard. They include omega-3 fatty acids, CoQ10, Folic Acid, Vitamin C, and garlic extract.
How to dose N2guard
Dosing N2guard can vary depending on your individual situation. The recommended dosage is 7 caps per day and each bottle will last 1 month at that dose. However, Steve says that those of you who run more aggressive cycles should consider 8-10 caps. When he has run Trenbolone in the past, he likes to go to 10 caps because that helps with side effects and problems.
Those of you who want to use N2guard on Sarms or a mild steroid cycle can run 4-7 caps per day. Those who want to use N2guard in PCT or in between cycles can aim for a dose of 3-6 caps a day. Finally, those who do not use steroids and just want the benefit of better heart health should aim for 3-4 caps per day. You may run N2guard year-round as it is a comprehensive and safe supplement.

Where to buy N2guard
N2guard can be purchased from N2bm.com. N2bm has been around for almost 20 years providing only the most unique and highest-quality supplement products for serious athletes and bodybuilders. They do not have overhead costs like other supplement companies who have to pay for retail space, pay off bodybuilders to endorse the product, display silly marketing tactics, and other nonsense. The owner doesn't drive around in a Lamborghini or live in a 12-bedroom house because they overcharge customers for inferior products. Instead, any additional profits go straight into improving the formula. This has led N2bm to continue to update and modernize N2guard.
