Leans gains vs. bulk

Mobster is a fan of the history of the iron game.  Back in the day obesity was very rare, and even being a little fat would be weird.  Now it seems like being lean is weird and very rare.  Most middle-aged people are overweight and carry more mass on their frame than they should. It has become much easier to gain poor-quality mass thanks to the excessive amount of food we consume on a day-to-day basis.  When we gain mass, we don't want to put on sloppy weight, as there is a difference between lean gains and quality gains.

Mobster says our brains seem to want the opposite, so if you have always been skinny, you want to be big; and if you have always been big, you want to lean out. The guys agree that you want to put on quality muscle mass over the long term that is keepable vs. putting on fast, low-quality mass.

Social media makes the problem worse for people as they aim to look like their favorite influencers. Mobster mentions guys like CT Fletcher, who pushes people to be strong to crack concrete, or the Nick Walkers, who will never have a thin waist and just want huge gains.

It's important to understand your genetics and mold your goals and how you see yourself in that light.  Mobster also says that most people will be perfectly confident in having that beach body muscular physique and not a freakish look.

How to train and diet for mass

Mobster says we still get people on the forums who are 6' tall and weigh 150 pounds or less wanting to use steroids.  To him, this is a red flag that you do not know how to eat. Until you should even consider using steroids you should fix your diet.

Steve says food prep is crucial, you cannot depend on anyone making the food for you or delivering the food for you. If you want to go that route, it will be very expensive to have a personal chef cooking the food for you, which big-time celebrities and athletes have.  So unless you fit that description, or are a trust fund baby, you will need to learn how to food prep.  Steve goes over tips and tricks on how to do it and what you should do.  He includes investing in cookware, silverware, air fryer, rice cooker, and grills so you can prep and cook your food.

Steve says he sees too many people spending time doing isolation lifts. He says they watch too many videos online which are done to entertain and not educate. The secret if you want to get bigger and stronger you must do the lifts that aren't necessarily fun to do or watch. Those are the compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, bench presses, pullups, dips, rows, etc.  One guy at the gym who had the biggest biceps, that Steve ever be-friended, never once did a curl to achieve those arms. He got those arms from rows and chin-ups!

Mobster gets into training to gain mass.  He gives more advice on how you must force your body to improve to see benefits.

 

Big as a house and lean gain steroids from Para Pharma

Orals: The guys go over their favorite oral steroids from Para Pharma which will grow you and help you bulk up.

Anadrol:  If you need a steroid that is easy to use and you can get incredible results in just 4 weeks then it would be this one. A dose of 25-50mgs a day is all you need and you can run it solo.

Anavar: This is for lean gains and a dose of 30-60mgs a day is standard.

Superdrol: 10-20mgs a day as it is very toxic.

Injectables:

Deca:  Deca is a Test derivative that has less androgenic effects, so it will boost your appetite and mood big time. A dose of 200-400mgs/week is standard.

Test/Sust:  You also need to watch out for estrogen using Testosterone. Para Pharma has many options for Testosterone from short esters to longer esters, and also blends.  A common moderate dose is 500mgs a week, but people will run 100mgs (TRT dose) to 1000mgs for advanced users.

Equipoise: Much like Deca it is a Test derivative. It is pretty mild vs. other steroids and you can run a dose of 300-600mgs a week.

Trenbolone: This one is a great bulking option and a carb sponge.  You will want to increase your fruits, veggies, and brown rice while on it and spread out your carbs. A dose of 200-350mgs a week is perfect, with some advanced users running it more.
