Improve You Muscle Gains with Protein

I’ll get right to the point. If you want bigger muscles? You need to take in more protein. What’s that you say? You’ve heard this before. So why are you doing it wrong? And I assume you’re doing it wrong because most people do, but if you keep reading on I will teach you just how to do it right.

One thing that too many bodybuilders don’t realize is that it’s not the total daily intake of protein that is the most important factor. It’s the consistency of protein intake that makes the difference. The body can only use so much protein at a time, but it constantly needs it for muscle growth! This is why bodybuilders eat 5-8 small meals per day, as opposed to three large ones. Naturally, protein shakes provide a blast of protein in an easily digestible form, but they’re not the most convenient method of amino acid intake. They can also be filling, which is not always a good thing. That’s why it’s best to carry some amino capsules around and take them every couple of hours - always without food. There is no better source of high quality amino acids than the formula in GEAR. In fact, GEAR is the very best protein source on the planet. Better than whey! Better than eggs or meat or any food. When you’re training, there’s a massive demand for available amino acids to go to the muscle fibers, so keeping your body fed with protein during this time is key. But, again, you don’t need a lot of protein – just a steady source that’s ongoing all day. One or two GEAR caps every fifteen minutes of your workout will insure your muscle get fed the proper muscle building blocks they need to grow bigger and stronger and recuperate faster.
