However, a big chunk will also use Proviron because it also can help you harden a bit, but it is a great option to add something without side effects, that will make the entire cycle look better.
Another way to look at things is the body fat aspect. Steve says when it comes to Masteron, he doesn't see the purpose in using it if you are more than 11% body fat because the fat will be covering up your muscles. So hardening the muscles is sort of pointless with high body fat. Proviron, on the other hand, can be used by those with higher body fat since you are more trying to make the entire cutting or recomp cycle work in synergy. Having said that, some guys still like using Masteron at a higher body fat because it still will provide the SHBG binding and DHT benefits.
Mobster brings up Dorian Yates as an example of the cuts to your muscles that are hard to achieve and a lifelong battle to see. The striations of the muscles and the stuff that will scare children are the advantages of Masteron.
Comparing the structures
Steve says that Masteron being drostanolone, is a pure DHT-derived anabolic steroid. They took the DHT hormone and altered the addition of methyl group at the carbon 2 position, which is a simple structural change and helps protect the hormone from metabolic breakdown.
Proviron is also a DHT-derived steroid. It has the DHT hormone altered with a methyl group at the carbon 1 position which helps the hormone survive oral ingestion. As he mentioned earlier, Proviron is not 17AA because it carries that added methyl group. The disadvantage of this is that it will be less bioavailable.
Steve makes the argument that with both steroids you won't get much out of them using them solo, but in both cases when you stack them, they will make the entire cycle run better and have better results.

Mobster finishes the segment by talking about what he is doing right now when it comes to a simple strength cycle. He is doing 30mgs of EP Dbol and 30mgs of EP Anavar, and he added in EP Proviron at 25mgs a day and he is hitting all-time personal records!
