In this episode the guys go over the history behind no testosterone cycles, when guys started using testosterone, the advantages of no test vs. test cycles, no test orals and injectable ideas, and why Para Pharma rocks.
The history behind no Testosterone cycles
Steve starts by saying that back in the day in the golden era of the 1970s guys stuck to 4 steroids which were what they had access to: Proviron, Primobolan, Dianabol, and Deca.
They weren't using Testosterone because it was dumb to use it, since there was no way to combat estrogen. This was way before AI's were around and people had no clue how to stop estrogen problems. So if you did use Testosterone you were gambling and were opening yourself up to gyno and water retention which would flame you out of any competition.
Mobster goes over more history, and says that in the older days guys would travel to Mexico to find more types of steroids to have access to, and they had to go to very rural pharmacies via backroad to see them. So in those days, the choice of steroids was very slim and not like today. TRT was unheard of and it wasn't up until 15 years ago that it became mainstream where now you can go to a doctor and get prescribed testosterone.
Steve also makes the point that a big reason why Testosterone during the 90's and 2000's has been pushed is because of the high margins. To produce a vial of Testosterone costs only $5-10 for example, but it can be sold for $60-70. This allows sources and the reps to push these products to pocket huge margins vs. other steroids. Steroids like Primo, Anavar, and HGH lose money to produce and source in the first place.

When did guys start using Testosterone and why?
Guys started using Testosterone during the 90s and 2000s, but originally they were using Nolvadex to help with estrogen which was a very ineffective method. SERMs work by blocking estrogen from feedbacking so it isn't the best way to help with estrogen but it did work somewhat.
Letrozole was the first to hit mainstream bodybuilding as an AI, and it came along before bodybuilding forums were around in the mid to late 90's. So people would parrot its use and it did work well for estrogen, but it worked too well where it would slam your estrogen too much.
In the 2000s, Arimidex and Aromasin came along and were an improvement on Letro and Nolva, so they became the best options for helping with estrogen from using Testosterone. Oddly, Aromasin was available before Arimidex, but bodybuilders stuck with Arimidex for a long term time before realizing that Aromasin was a superior option.
Advantages of no Test vs. Test cycles
Steve says one of the biggest bro science things out there is that people think that if you use Testosterone on a cycle you won't get shut down or suppressed. This is a very dangerous lie pushed by ignorant people. Testosterone will shut you down just as hard and fast as any other steroid you can name and the bloodwork proves it. That is why if you run TRT for some time you will get shut down for life.
Steve says that right off the bat the biggest advantage of not using Testosterone is you don't have to use needles. He has known guys who have just done orals for decades and have done just fine on them with no Test base. One of the big things is the suppression and rebound of HPTA, you will rebound quicker without Test in your cycle.
Another advantage is other steroids were developed to be improvements on Testosterone. Deca for example, was tweaked to give you less estrogenic and androgenic side effects which is why guys in the 70's loved it. So you get the benefits without the negative sides. Equipoise is another Testosterone derivative, which was tweaked to give you the anemia benefits, but without the androgenic and estrogenic sides as a mild option.
No-Test oral cycles
Para Pharma has amazing oral options. Stacking orals or running them solo are excellent options and the guys give you some examples.
One of Steve's favorite options is stacking Dbol 20mgs + Tbol 20mgs for 6 weeks.
Another great option is Anadrol, which Steve has always done well at 25mgs a day, but a lot of guys do 50mgs a day.
Another option if you want fast strength gains but it is very toxic is Superdrol at 10-30mgs a day for 4 weeks or less.
Mobster loves using Anavar solo, it gives him good results and strength. He says go up to 50mgs a day for 6-8 weeks.
Proviron is also a great option that Mobster adds to all his cycles.
Winstrol and Dbol are also good options that Mobster has used.
No-Test injectable cycles
Para Pharma also has excellent injectable options you can try.
Equipoise is Steve's favorite injectable and he has run it solo many times. You can stack it in Tbol for some amazing endurance benefits. Use the EQ for 300mgs and Tbol for 20-30mgs a day for excellent results.
If you want to use Deca without Test, like the old school guys, then use Proviron with it. You will do great stacking 300mgs Deca and 50mgs a-day Proviron.
Mobster likes Primo as an old-school No-Test option. He likes 300-500mgs a week and you can stack in some orals like Anavar or Dbol with it.
Trenbolone is a potent steroid that works great solo and many people need to try it that way so it will be a cleaner stack. Steve rants about how using Testosterone with Tren is counterproductive in a lot of cases and is actually inhibiting your gains to finish the segment.
