Mobster also adds a good tip with orals, where he says hypothetically you could run oral steroids several times a year cause of their short half-lives, but with an injectable that is in your system a long time you should only do 1 or 2 cycles per year.  You could get away with 4 oral steroids a cycle which is great for someone who wants to keep things fun.

He finishes his talk by asking why professional athletes use oral steroids if they were so bad and if they don't work as well as injectables.  The simple answer is they work great, and are a good weapon, and you should be taking advantage of them.
