Shred with Anavar and Masteron? Para Pharma

Intro

Welcome to another episode of Evolutionary.org Hardcore 2.0.  In episode #47, Steve and Mobster discuss how to shred with Anavar and Masteron from Para Pharma!  They will first talk about all the great reviews and history behind Para Pharma products.  Then they talk about what shredding is all about, how to use Anavar and Masteron, and they discuss stacking these great steroids too.  Finally, they will add some tips and tricks that you won't hear anywhere else.

Para Pharma features

Shredding 101

Mobster says the spring is the time to get serious about shredding down ahead of the summer.  One of the things that he looks for when it comes to people who are shredded is where even their quads are ripped to the bone.  The leaner you get the more muscular you will look.

Steve says at the end of the day you gotta be lean and have a flat stomach.  It isn't about being a skinny guy with abs, it's about being a veiny guy with muscles and at least a 4 pack.  Steve says he isn't impressed with a guy with a belly hanging over a belt or a skinny guy who has a flat stomach.  What impresses him is the 1% who are rare, which is that person who can walk down the beach and get looks, wishing their boyfriend looked that good.  So if you can be that 1% who looks special, then that is being shredded, it shows discipline!

Anavar information and how to use

Steve touches on the history of Anavar which is derived from DHT (dihydrotestosterone). An important trait of a DHT derivative steroid is that it cannot aromatize into estrogen.  If your muscles carry excess water retention you won't see those muscle cuts and abs as well.  This is why using steroids that do aromatize into estrogen makes no sense when you are shredding up.   Bodybuilders ahead of a competition will want to be on these types of DHT steroids for this reason, so they can look as shredded up as possible.

Steve explains that Anavar was a steroid designed to be like Dbol but without the androgenic or estrogenic properties.  He says when it comes to dosing Anavar it's a pretty weak steroid on its own, but can still be effective for shredding up.  He recommends for females 2.5-10mgs a day and for males going as high as 60mgs a day.

Steve says there are 2 side effects to watch out for with Anavar.  The liver strain and the pumps. He says that taking liver support with it is important and you can also use some taurine for the pumps.

He recommends stacking it with Trenbolone IF you are a good responder to Tren.  A dose of 150-250mgs of Tren per week with Anavar would be amazing in this situation.

Masteron information and how to use

Masteron is also a DHT derivative, but it comes in injectable form. It is an amazing hardener and you will see professional bodybuilders using it almost universally ahead of a contest. Mobster says it is important to use Masteron when you are as lean as possible because if you are too fat on it you won't be able to see hard muscles covered up by body fat.

The guys both recommend you run it when you are less than 12% body fat, and closer to 9% would be ideal.

Para Pharma sells 2 types of Masteron, Masto Prop 100mgs/ml and Masto E 200mgs/ml.  Steve says it boils down to if you want to use a propionate ester vs. an Enanthate ester.

There are several more options from Para Pharma that you can add to both Anavar and/or Masteron.  They have excellent Tbol, Primo, Winstrol, and HGH options. The guys talk about each of those during this segment.

Final tips

Steve says that breakfast is pushed by companies in America who only care about their profits. He says one of the main reasons for obesity and people having trouble cutting body fat is they eat these huge breakfasts which spike insulin levels right off the bat in the mornings.  He says if you are a person who is stuck at your current body fat and can't get lower then skip breakfast.  Instead, you should be doing fasted cardio and then eating later in the day.  The strategy for this is you force your body to eat away at excess body fat stores for energy, which will finally get your wheels spinning on your fat loss journey.

One more tip by Steve is to know what these compounds do and how they act in your body before using them.  Some steroids like Tren are very poor choices for those who love to do a lot of cardio because they are too inflammatory, others like Winstrol are poor because they increase pumps too much.
