Intro

Welcome to another exciting episode of Evolutionary.org Hardcore 2.0. In this episode #51, Steve and Mobster continue the previous episode and add more to it talking about more recomping options with Para Pharma.  In this one, they dig more into recomping strategies with diet and training.  They also go over options when it comes to injectables and which ones are the best for recomping.


Para Pharma facts

The guys start by stating several facts about Para Pharma which are important to know about.

The first fact is that Para Pharma products have been around for over 12 years and have countless positive reviews from experienced users who know what good gear is all about.

The 2nd fact is that Para Pharma has certificates of analysis on their products, which are all recent over the past year, which show their products are accurately what they say they are.

The 3rd fact is that their products have been independently tested by forum members anonymously out of the person's pocket, without Para Pharma's knowledge.  This is important to know since it prevents any sort of trickery by sources who selectively scam.  These anonymous tests have proven that their products are on point.

Steve and Mobster have both used Para Pharma themselves over the past 2 years and have been impressed with their customer service and also their high-quality products.  It has helped them achieve some nice results on their cycles.

Diet and Training strategies for recomp

Mobster is our training expert and he says that high repetitions, drop sets, speeding up your workouts, etc. are all strategies you can implement to improve your recomp.  When it comes to diet, it plays a huge role, as Steve says that you are wasting your time using these steroids if you aren't willing to be smart with your diet.

For recomp, it is important to still use proper form in the gym for best results. One of the best things you can do is high repetitions and high-intensity type of training. This will not only burn a lot of calories but it will also push your muscles to exhaustion and force growth.  While on steroids this is a huge advantage since steroids will break down barriers that make muscle growth harder.

When it comes to cardio it is extremely important for heart health. Steve also says you should use cardio as a weapon for fat loss. His favorite strategy is fasted cardio high-intensity first thing in the morning or midday before you eat your first meal.  When you fast for a long period and then do cardio or any exercise, it forces your body to tap into excess fat stores for energy.

Anabolic steroids also can help conserve muscle while in a deficit.  Steve is our diet expert and says that eating a whole-food diet is very important.  He isn't as worried about calorie counting as he is about the quality of the food. He also says that protein consumption is not as important as the quality of that protein source.  For example, eating grass-fed beef or a whole chicken breast prepped correctly is going to be more optimal than a protein shake or a sandwich.  He also adds that fasting is a weapon for fat burn and there are many ways to implement it to your advantage including EOD fasting, time-restricted eating, and fasted cardio as mentioned earlier.

Mobster also mentions when it comes to training you do not have to listen to people who say to only do isolation lifting when recomping.  That is a myth because compound lifting is just as effective, if not more effective, when it comes to a recomp strategy.  For example, squats will help build more leg muscle and burn more fat than doing leg extensions.

Injectables for recomp

Para Pharma Boldo/Test 400. 200mgs of Eq/200mgs of Test E.  This is a great blend if you react well to Testosterone while also using Equipoise.   This blend includes an equal amount of Test and EQ and you should aim to run it between 400-800mgs per week total.

Para Pharma Boldo 300 and Boldo 500Equipoise options include a 300mgs and 500mg options.  These both are great for those who hate injecting since you can get a lot of the steroid in your system at a time.  EQ is great for recomp since it is a mild option that you can do a lot of cardio on.

Para Pharma Mast P100 and Mast E 200.  Masteron should be used when your body fat is less than 12%, and ideally less than 10%.  It is a great hardener and is also great for vascularity.

Para Pharma Primo 100 and Primo 200.  Primo gained popularity during the golden age of bodybuilding and it is said Arnold loved using between 500-700mgs per week.  It is great for recomping since it is a dry compound that helps put on keepable muscle even while in a deficit.

Para Pharma Paratropin HGH.  It is recommended you stack HGH with steroids for best results with stacking.  You also should run HGH a minimum of 3-4 months before you can expect the best fat loss effects, so if you do use steroids with it start the HGH early.  A dose of 1IU-2IU is the most common dose, but competitors will use much more.

Para Pharma Winstrol Injectable 50mg/ml.  Injectable Winstrol is a popular option for those who want to dry out and is very effective.  A dosage can range from 25mgs up to 100mgs or more.

Para Pharma Testosterone options.  Steve says some steroid users swear that Testosterone helps them gain muscle and lose fat.  However, most competitors will cut off Testosterone ahead of pictures or a show to lessen the water retention.  You may want to lower the dose of testosterone using that strategy during a recomp the same way.  Para Pharma has many Test options to choose from.
