First cycle

I’m 16 years old male and I’ve been lifting for almost a year. I see progress but not enough. I want to jump on a cycle but I have little knowledge of steroids. What should I take? How much should I take?
I’m 6′, 70kg and my bf is 10%. My diet is healthy and nutritious
