I compete in 198 weight class and always have to freak and cut weight at the last moment. I’m worried adding too much will just throw on too much weight. I’ve just got into the powerlifting syndicate a little over a year ago and have only used mk. But recovery has always been a bitch. After watching evo videos I’m really interested in GW. Just didn’t know if I could do both at the same time and if there was something I had to do after the 10 week . Like a post cycle or something.
