Question on ab shredding meal plan

I’m assuming that your meal plan (3 options) works for females as well. How would you change the options for a female? Possibly just cut the serving sizes down? I am 5’5″ and I weigh 126 lbs. I am 11% body fat but I still don’t have the abs coming thru. Can u help me using perhaps your plan suggested for your male client?? Or give me macro numbers for my size?

sister…it works for females…just need to add a bit more healthy fats like flaxseed or fish oil….make sure to add cardarine gw 20mgs/ed to keep lean…(check sarms1.com)
