In this episode, Steve and Mobster discuss the best ways to take advantage of Testosterone options.  The guys explain Test esters and how they work, they talk about different Para Pharma options, how to use these Testosterone options solo and stacked, and why Para Pharma is such a great option.

What are Test esters and how do they work

Steve goes over how Testosterone esters work.  He uses the example of going to a drug store when you have a cold and getting the 12-hour Mucinex vs. the 24-hour Mucinex.  The longer Mucinex will release slower so it will be in your system longer, but it will also take longer to reach peak in your system.  Steroid esters are the same way, they are attached to slow release to allow you the ability to inject them less often.  This is very beneficial because in some cases you can inject Testosterone very infrequently and still have it in your system for a long time.

There is a lot of different data out there on how long ester half-lives are but the average that you can work with is Test Prop 4 days, Test E 7 days, Test Cyp 10 days.

List of Para Pharma test ester options

Para Pharma Test Cyp 250.  Steve says this is the #1 selling Testosterone option and for good reason. It's easy to use and smooth and the injection frequency is excellent.   What is also cool about Test Cyp is that the half-life and ester is a sweet spot if you want to run a 12-week cycle, which is most popularly ran, and it won't linger in your system for a very long time either.

Para Pharma Test E 250 and Test E 400. Mobster says he has never liked Test E for whatever reason, but he has trained with guys who love it and react very well.  Enanthate is a good option for those who are content injecting twice a week and who are looking to do cycles that are 10 weeks or longer.

Para Pharma Test Prop100- Test Prop has only a 4-day half-life as the guys mentioned earlier, so it allows you more flexibility to run a shorter cycle that is under 10 weeks.  It will be in your system faster, and out of your system quickly too, which is good if you are worried about recovery after. A lot of pros also love to use Prop because they can stop it 2-3 weeks ahead of their show date and they will look diced since the water retention will disappear.

Para Pharma Test suspension 100.  The guys debate Test suspension and what would be the advantages and disadvantages.  Steve starts by saying that this is an option if you like to get the psychological effect of taking something pre-workout.  Suspension has no ester attached so it is in and out quickly.   Mobster rants against using it because he doesn't think that in the long run, it makes a difference. Steve finishes by making a point that if you don't want to be busted in a doping test, then the suspension will work great, since it is virtually non-detectable.

Para Pharma Susta 350.  This is a very different Sustanon than anything Steve has seen.  It contains 200mg test E, 100mgs test cyp and 50mgs test Prop.  This one has shorter esters than the usual Sustanon we see out there, so it can be pinned once or twice a week and even be used in a 12 or 14-week cycle.

Using Test solo options

Steve says that the body naturally produces around 100 a week of Testosterone, so if you are using more than that you need to watch out for androgenic and estrogenic side effects.  It is a good idea to use Para Pharma Aromasin or Adex if you run more than 200mgs a week of Testosterone.

A typical dose of Testosterone can range from 100mgs, if you are looking for cruising or TRT, and up to 1000mgs or more if you are a pro athlete.  The most used amount is 500mgs a week.
