Do you need a different approach?

Mobster says there are a few facets when it comes to training and specific PED usage that will benefit you.  He says an example is using Dianabol for cutting which is not optimal because it is a bulking steroid that helps you gain mass and water weight.  So the first point is you must approach using steroids the right way so that it fits into your training.  Pro bodybuilders, who are the best conditioned and ripped in the world combined with the best genetics, have to eat clean to maintain that look.

Mobster has trained with some of the best athletes in the world and they will do whatever they have to do to change their strategies to find what works best for them.  He has a log with videos and pictures to show that he is a top 5% powerlifter in the world and he admits that his nutrition could still improve.  Same thing with warming up and stretching which sometimes gets cut when he is busy.

When it comes to nutrition, Steve rants and raves about poor quality food. He argues it isn't about what you eat but it's more about what you don't eat.  An example is these polyunsaturated fats which will clog up your arteries inside and out, and cause you to have heart problems later on in life, because you are eating poor quality chicken smothered in refined oils from your favorite fast food joint.  Rather, prep your high-quality chicken and stay away from refined oils when cooking.

Another example he says is artificial sweeteners.  These ruin your gut health and they mess with your brain.  This has a long-term effect on the distended gut, bloating, IBS, and other inflammatory diseases in the stomach.  It also will cause you to become addicted to these sweeteners like a drug, and mess with your sleep at night.  When your sleep quality suffers you will not recover and repair properly.

Cutting approach from Geneza Pharma

There are 2 types of situations when it comes to cutting down. Steve says when a client comes to him wanting to cut he wants to know their history, have they always been fat or were they skinny before, and then got fat later on in life?  Someone who has lean before can tap into body memory much easier and simply eliminate junk food and they will yield benefits.

Someone fat their whole life will have a harder time. Steve gives an example of someone on the forum who is about 22% body fat and is trying to cut it down.  They had a situation where they did fasted cardio for an hour which is great then broke their fast because they 'couldn't go any longer without food'.  Steve says you need to be uncomfortable and suffer a bit in that situation because you have to train your body to tap into that excess body fat vs. waiting to be fed to tap into that glycogen from the food. He also says ghrelin messes with you and will tell you that you are hungry when you have a ton of energy on your frame. If you ignore the hunger for 20-30 minutes, and drink some water or go for a walk, you will notice those 'hunger pains' magically go away.  After a few weeks, your body will learn that it has to be forced to tap into body fat.

Here are some good Geneza Pharma cutting options:

Primobolan- The nice thing about Primo is it doesn't increase appetite so you can eat less on it and even do fasting with no issues. 500mgs a week is a great dose for 12 weeks.

Anavar- Mobster likes 50mgs for men and finds it a great option to use in a deficit of up to 8 weeks.

Steve also says women can use Anavar at 10mgs a day or less.

Turinabol- This is another great cutter and you can run 30-50mgs as a male and under 10mgs a day as a female for up to 7-8 weeks.

Winstrol- This is a great option for drying out. Steve says he wouldn't use it unless you were already lean.  A popular way to use it is 25-50mgs a day.

Masteron - This is the best hardener out there. GP has both Prop and Enanthate options so you can mold it to your cycle. A dose of 200-600mgs a week is gonna do the job in a cycle.

Trenbolone- Tren is great for cutting and is popularly used in a recomp. A dose of 200-400mgs a week solo or stacked is all you need.

Bulking approach from Geneza Pharma

Dianabol- Mobster loves dbol and a good dose is 20-40mgs a day. It will boost your appetite like crazy and blow you up.

Anadrol- These are called A-bombs for a reason. 50mgs a day is all you need solo for 5 weeks to blow up.

Deca/NPP- This is a great option for appetite increase and lots of keepable mass gains. It can be run 300-400mgs a week.

Testosterone- GP has many Test options from blends to short and long esters. Expect your appetite to go up and take advantage of that. A dose of 100-1000mgs a week works depending on your approach.

Trenbolone- A lot of people don't think that Tren is a bulker and they are wrong. It is the best for building an insane amount of mass and strength.
