Need for a blood test

How to read bloodwork pre-cycle, during-cycle, and post-cycle

Steve starts this segment with pre-cycle bloodwork and why it's important to know your test levels, organ values, and other things that need to be known.  He says numbers like testosterone, estrogen, LH, FSH, AST, ALT, BUN, creatinine, cholesterol, etc are all important and explains what each means.

When it comes to LH and FSH, these are very important numbers. Steve says low levels will mean your pituitary glands are not functioning the way they should, and on the flip side, high numbers will mean your Leydig cells aren't functioning correctly.   He says it's normal on cycle to crash these numbers, because the exogenous hormones are signaling your pituitary glands to not function. When you come off the cycle, these numbers need to bounce back so your body is producing hormones normally.

Testosterone and free testosterone are also important numbers. The idea is you want your numbers to get back to baseline after post-cycle therapy is over so you feel normal and can keep your gains. Estradiol is another important number and if it is too low you can have bad side effects. If you have too high levels you will open yourself up to side effects like gyno, water retention, and a domino effect of problems including high blood pressure and insomnia.

Using proper ancillaries on-cycle and off cycle

Mobster says that Euro Pharma has excellent products when it comes to ancillaries to use on cycle and during PCT.  On cycle, you will want to use an AI such as Aromasin, Adex, and maybe Letro to help balance estrogen levels. Steve explains if you are using these drugs and your estrogen levels are too low, then you need to back off, but if it's too high you need to increase them.
