how long does it take to clear? its been 2 weeks.

This is my first time ordering from napsgear. I placed an order on the 14th, and it “shipped” on the 19th, yet, when I attempt to track my package no location is shown lol. It’s been the same until now. Anyone else have this issue?

Im having this issue too; 2 weeks no results via tracking ID. May I have some assistance? @jasonhill800
