Hey guys , upped my diet to 3400 calories a days with the basic 40:40:20,
Breakfast: 200ml white eggs 3 whole eggs
Pre workout- 70g rice flour, 15 g peanut butter no sugar, 40g protein powder
After workout: 100g banana, 30g protein powder, 10g peanut butter no sugar
Meal 1: 150 uncooked...
