felt good today with the workout and adding in a bit more + switched an exercise up.
However my calorie intake dropped of a bit today as i skipped a meal, however easily adjusted tomorrow.

I was helping my girlfriend move a glass coffee table it slipped and landed straight on my toes breaking 3 of them luckily the glass didn't shatter or it could have been worse
