Yes but there are 4 different options , I'm assuming the "natural" dosages, but since I've ran a prohormone previously and my gyno is bad, then should I up the dosages?

My gyno is severe i'd say, I have taken a prohormone a couple years ago. Should i run the anti gyno protocol for non progestin steroid use or the "naturally or puberty" dosages? Thanks in advance.
