    Hm.. Christmas and New Year’s Eve are the reason haha. I agree with you, it takes time... however, I’m on 500mg test prop for over two months (done bloods and they’re perfect), and I was wondering to add these two tier drugs from now on. And tren... I actually wanna see if I can’t handle...

    Ok... I think that test and deca or test + deca + dbol is the best for you. With a good diet, good dosages and good workout, you can reach those 10lbs in a damn month.

    A friend of mine just competed. Pre contest was 2h30 cardio a day, 1,2 test e, 400mg tren ace and 600mg eq. Got lean as fuck, maintaining muscle.

And the folks started to judge my past cutting cycle without knowing me, without knowing my body, metabolism, hormones...

    I attempted * I don’t give a damn about your 25+ years brah lol. Plus, my current cutting is 30min cardio 4 - 5 times a week at 2.200 calories. For my stats (height and weight) that’s pretty ok. I’m short (5,4ft) and weight about 160lbs.
