Simple breakfast this is my go to almost every morning
4 whole eggs 4 Oz of egg whites
1/2 a cup of oatmeal meal with some honey
Black coffee with collagen peptide powder.
16 Oz of water
Slight pain in the wrist but hasnt been terrible the wrist wraps have definitely been helping and the aches seam to be getting better as time goes on. Doesn't seam to bother me during bench much.
Only swelling is in the hand index and pointer finger it only effects my grip strength in my right...
I am terrible at updates I am still going strong wrist wraps have made a big difference in wrist pain during certian exercises. Weight loss is staying slow averaging about a pound a week. Diet is staying consistent.

I would say a minimum 3l per day but I don't usually track water just drink when I am thirsty only thing I drink besides water is morning coffee I will pay close attention to what I am consuming over the next week and update
I have tried klow for a month but not sure if that is long enough to show any signs of improvement i did that back in August and didn't notice anything

Quick update good weekend hiking around the mountains with my horses daughter rode and was leading the pack horse with gear all weekend. Did alittle over 12 miles on Saturday and 7 on Sunday on foot.

Shoulder and elbows are good. Alittle tight in the range of motion but no pain.
Wrist is painful ordered some wraps and sleeves that @TAGII recommend wrist give me the most issues during curling exercises
