    Can I get stronger using multis?

    Hey hi. Question I'm a pretty small guy and I admit that my nutrition hasn't been up to par. I don't think I've been getting enough protein and carbs to really grow I'm only a 155 lb. can I make up for lost time by taking a bunch of multivitamin so I can get more minerals and vitamins that way?
